Locals have noticed a strange-looking man exploring the temple during the day, then returning to his camp at night. Appearing to be of Fire Nation descent, some suspect he is a fanatic - out to finish what Sozin started nearly two-hundred years ago. Unable to do anything about it, the residents of the temple hire the player to take care of the problem.
The dungeon can be found to the east of the Eastern Air Temple.
